Reiki comes to mean spiritually guided life force energy: Rei translated in English means “the Higher Power or Divine Wisdom” and Ki stands for “life force energy”.

Based in Japanese teachings, Reiki is a high frequency energy transmission that offers healing and focused energy wherever it is needed in your being.

Reiki is a relaxing, stress reducing modality that restores the body’s energetic equilibrium.

As Energetic Beings we are Living, Breathing Vibrating Energy

Reiki works on all levels – physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.  The healing energy has an inherent intelligence as it comes from the universal life source: it goes straight to the point of imbalance.

During a healing session, whether ‘in-person’ or through distant healing, I channel the Universal Life Force through my heart and then my hands, into your aura and physical body.  I work intuitively and am guided by insights from the energy.

There is always time before and after the session for you to discuss your experience, thoughts and feelings and to expand on any insights we may have received during our time with the Reiki energy.

I’m an Usui Reiki Master, Pranic Healer and Jin Shin Jyutsu Practitioner and also offer Reiki teaching and attunements to Master level.

These 1-1 healing sessions are available distantly to any parts of the world

I offer hands on energy healing work to clients either as a stand alone modality, or in combination with other offerings. These services are ideal for those looking for subtle energy shifts.

I can work via Zoom, WhatsApp or with the traditional methods.

Sessions are offered for donation on a sliding scale per 60mins
£55 – £90  ;  800 – 1200 Rand  ;  65 –  105 Euro

Please reach out to me if you need a session but your financial situation doesn’t allow it.

You may cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance.  Please still consider offering a donation if you cancel at the last minute.
